This is a remote position. \n\nAs an Automation Analyst, you will develop solutions to automate exceptions and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Operations users.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nCreate automated, well-planned solutions to respond to and/or prevent friction in the revenue cycle\n\nCreate workflow jobs that support efficiency, cost deductions, and the expanded use of automation\n\nCollaborate with operational leaders to ensure outcomes of automation projects align with expectations\n\nSupport analytical needs to improve the efficiency and automation of operations\n\nGenerate ad-hoc reports to assist in determining AR departmental needs and priorities\n\nWhat you'll bring to Zotec:\nSQL experience\n\nSuccessful experience in a role where you were responsible for providing data analysis and recommendations\n\nProven ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendations\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel\n\nExcellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills\n\nMust be able to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and leadership\n\nFlexible mentality: willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change\n\nMust be self-motivated with the entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative in a team environment\n\nProfessionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nAt Zotec, our purpose is to make healthcare work better for everyone.
