This is a remote position. \n\nAs a Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for reconciling clients’ bank accounts to the daily postings made by Central Payments. You will communicate with the payment and enrollment team to identify any posting or deposit trends, as well as be in contact with internal departments and any issues identified. You will notify Client Service Managers of any outstanding issues prior to month end.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nReconcile clients’ bank accounts\n\nCommunicate with client representatives and identify posting or deposit issues\n\nCommunicate with both payment teams to identify missing or unbalanced checks\n\nNotify the Client Service Manager of any outstanding issues prior to month end\n\nWhat you’ll bring to Zotec:\n1-2 years’ experience in balancing large amounts of money\n\n1-2 years’ experience in reconciling bank statements in a high volume, fast paced environment\n\nKnowledge of accounting principals\n\nKnowledge of medical office operations helpful\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft programs and excellent Excel skills such as pivots, vlookups, and formulas\n\nAttention to detail with basic math aptitude\n\nAble to adhere to strict deadlines\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nStrong problem-solving skills\n\nAt Zotec, our purpose is to make healthcare work better for everyone.
