This hands-on position supports commissioning, plant ramp-up, and ongoing operations while driving equipment reliability, preventive maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize operational performance and production uptime\n\nRole Responsibilities:\nExecute daily maintenance activities for facility and utility systems to ensure smooth operations.\n\nRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.\n\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) standards and guidelines for facility and utility equipment.\n\nMonitor equipment condition, identify potential issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.\n\nConduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and drive reliability improvements.\n\nManage and execute projects to enhance equipment performance, safety, and energy efficiency.\n\nMonitor and optimize factory energy consumption.\n\nSupport equipment installation, commissioning, trial runs, and handover activities.\n\nEnsure maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and procedures.\n\nCollaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support operational requirements and maintain equipment stability.\n\nUtilize data-driven approaches to track maintenance performance and drive continuous improvement.\n\nWhat you'll need:\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\n\nMinimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience with facility and utility systems, particularly high-pressure nitrogen systems, cooling water systems, chillers, and wastewater treatment systems.\n\nStrong knowledge of mechanical and high-pressure systems.\n\nHands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.\n\nAbility to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nGood English communication skills are preferred.\n\nProactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively on the shop floor\n\nWhat were looking for?\nWe're looking for a reliable and proactive engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
