Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Facilities, Quality, Finance, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to deliver procurement excellence across the business.\nThis position is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, maintaining supplier relationships, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to operational performance, cost savings, supplier management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a global manufacturing environment\n\nRole Responsibilities:\nManage end-to-end purchasing activities including supplier sourcing, RFQs, supplier evaluation, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, order expediting, and delivery follow-up.\n\nEnsure purchasing transactions are processed accurately and efficiently through ERP systems.\n\nSupport and maintain Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and approvals.\n\nMonitor and resolve purchase order, pricing, invoice, quantity, and delivery discrepancies.\n\nBuild effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply.\n\nSupport supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, and supplier performance monitoring.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide procurement guidance.\n\nDrive procurement process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.\n\nMaintain accurate procurement documentation and records to support audits and compliance requirements.\n\nAssist with quotation analysis, supplier consolidation, commercial evaluations, and cost-saving projects.\n\nSupport contract reviews and negotiations in collaboration with Procurement and business stakeholders.\n\nPrepare procurement reports, KPI tracking, spend analysis, and purchasing insights using Excel, Power BI, and procurement systems.\n\nEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and corporate governance standards\n\nWhat you'll need:\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Procure-to-Pay operations within a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of purchasing processes including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, invoice issue resolution, and vendor management.\n\nExperience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or equivalent systems.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.\n\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.\n\nStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n\nWhat were looking for?\nWe're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
