You will play an important role in ensuring inventory accuracy, material traceability, warehouse safety, and uninterrupted supply to production.\nRole Responsibilities\nReceive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods according to company procedures.\n\nPick, prepare, and issue materials to production in a timely and accurate manner.\n\nPerform inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy in D365.\n\nSupport cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliation activities.\n\nOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safely (when authorized).\n\nMaintain warehouse organization, housekeeping, and 5S standards.\n\nFollow all EHS, quality, and warehouse safety requirements.\n\nWhat You'll Need\nDiploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.\n\nBasic knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and material handling.\n\nBasic English communication skills.\n\nGood Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.\n\nAbility to work shifts when required.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nA reliable and safety-conscious team player.\n\nSomeone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to inventory accuracy.\n\nA proactive individual who can work independently and handle daily operational challenges.\n\nExperience with ERP/WMS systems or forklift operation is an advantage.\n\nA positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\n\nWhy Join Us?\nZotefoams is growing fast, investing globally and winning in new markets.
