This role ensures maintenance activities are effectively scheduled and executed to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.Aspartofanewlyestablishedmanufacturingfacility,therolealsosupportscommissioning,ramp-upactivities,maintenancesystemdevelopment,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives. \nRole Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Master Plan for production equipment, utility systems, and facility assets.\n\nCoordinate, monitor, and support daily maintenance activities to ensure completion in line with maintenance schedules and operational requirements.\n\nCreate and update PM checklists, maintenance procedures, SOPs, and maintenance standards.\n\nPlan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to optimize equipment availability and operational performance.\n\nEnsure spare parts, tools, and maintenance resources are available to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.\n\nMonitor equipment performance and maintenance trends to identify opportunities for reliability improvement and downtime reduction.\n\nSupport root cause analysis and coordinate implementation of corrective and preventive actions for recurring equipment issues.\n\nLead and coordinate maintenance improvement initiatives to enhance safety, equipment reliability, and maintenance effectiveness.\n\nEstablish and maintain spare parts management systems, including inventory control processes, stock monitoring, and periodic stock verification.\n\nMonitor maintenance KPIs and utilize data analysis tools, including Power BI and Power Apps, to drive maintenance performance improvements.\n\nWork closely with Production, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to align maintenance plans with business and operational priorities.\n\nEnsure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations, company procedures, and compliance requirements.\n\nSupport commissioning, equipment handover, and maintenance readiness activities for new machines and facility systems\n\nWhat you'll need:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 4 years of experience in preventive maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, or equipment reliability within a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong understanding of TPM, preventive maintenance programs, maintenance planning, and equipment reliability principles.\n\nExperience developing PM schedules, maintenance procedures, and maintenance performance reporting.\n\nKnowledge of spare parts management and inventory control processes.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to utilize maintenance data to drive improvements.\n\nExperience with Power BI and Power Apps is a strong advantage.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nGood English communication skills\n\nWhat were looking for?\n\nWe're looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on maintenance professional who can effectively balance planning, coordination, and continuous improvement responsibilities in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
