From wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes for complex e-commerce features, tailored to four distinct European markets.\nStrategic Problem Solving: Synthesise behavioural data and market research to pinpoint the root causes of friction in regional shopping and checkout funnels, aligning the team on the highest-value problems.\nRapid Delivery: Apply the 80/20 principle to focus your effort where it creates the maximum impact.
