This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Manager, Global Process Owner - Payroll in the Finance Transformation (G&A) department. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of finance transformation programs, with a primary focus on supporting global Payroll and HRIS implementations. You will help build a solid operational foundation to scale our workforce, culture, and financial operations, playing a key role in supporting the growth of the world's cloud security leader.\nWhat you’ll do (Role Expectations)\nMap, analyze, and document end-to-end Finance, Payroll, and HRIS processes to support global system implementations\n\nIdentify and support the execution of process optimization and automation opportunities across global payroll operations\n\nAssist in mapping internal controls to financial processes and evaluating key operational risks\n\nGather integration requirements, establish data mapping rules, and execute test cases for seamless data migration\n\nPerform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot post-implementation issues, and build training materials and SOPs to institutionalize knowledge\n\nWho You Are (Success Profile)\nYou thrive in ambiguity.
