This is a Hybrid role reporting to the Senior Tax Manager in the Tax department. The general and administrative teams support and scale the company by providing a strong foundation for growth, including financial and legal operations. The Tax Manager will play a critical role within this team as an individual contributor, taking true ownership, working independently, and contributing deep expertise to support the company's financial integrity and compliance as the world's cloud security leader.\nWhat you’ll do (Role Expectations)\nPrepare ASC 740 income tax provision for interim and annual SEC filings (10-K/10-Q)\nCollaborate with the broader finance organization to ensure tax transactions and legislation changes are documented and accounted for under ASC 740\nManage the SOX control process and external financial statement audit for income tax provisions\nAssist in preparing the federal, state, and local income tax workpapers and review returns from external advisors, including quarterly estimated tax payments\nDrive automation initiatives to increase the efficiency of tax accounting processes and provide support for various company-wide financial system related projects\nWho You Are (Success Profile)\nYou thrive in ambiguity.
