The role is responsible for coordinating projects, tracking execution, driving accountability, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.\nWhat You Will Do\nCoordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and action items.\nDrive follow-up and execution across cross-functional teams.\nFacilitate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.\nTrack project status, risks, budgets, and deliverables.\nPrepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting summaries.\nMaintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.\nIdentify and escalate operational issues and support data-driven process improvements.\n What You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.\n4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a related role.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and follow-through.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.\nZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $21 to $31 hourly.
