The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, business process expertise, analytical capabilities, and experience driving enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation.\nDevelop project charters, business requirements, timelines, risk assessments, and communication plans.\nCoordinate stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Service Operations, and executive leadership.\nMonitor program performance, milestones, deliverables, and budget adherence.\nEscalate risks and issues and propose mitigation plans.\nPartner with BI developers and analysts to define reporting requirements and KPIs.\nTranslate business needs into dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.\nAct as primary liaison between business users and technical teams.\nFacilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.\nPresent project status and recommendations to senior leadership.\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport compliance initiatives, including SOX-related process controls and documentation.\nEnsure proper project governance and documentation standards are maintained.\nAssist in audit support and process validation activities.\nSupport enterprise reporting initiatives involving:\n- Financial Analysis\n- Other Revenue Analytics\n- Inventory Management\n- Freight and trade compliance Analytics\n- Warranty Reserve Analysis\n-Service Operations\n-Supply Chain Metrics\n-Product Profitability Analysis\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s or above in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Information System, Engineering, or a related field required.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Finance, or related functions.\nExperience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.\nExperience working in manufacturing, technology, electronics, supply chain, or service operations environments.\nProven track record delivering business transformation initiatives.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel.\nStrong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.\nKnowledge of Python, SQL and data analytics concepts.\nFamiliarity with business automation tools and workflow solutions.\nStrong project planning and execution abilities.\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\nRisk management and issue resolution expertise.\nStrong organizational and documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP Certification or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience leading enterprise business intelligence initiatives.\nKnowledge of manufacturing operations.\nExperience supporting Finance and Accounting processes.\nExperience with Power Platform.\nExperience with Jira.\nZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $118,125 and $157,500 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.\nBase salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
