About The Role
The Customer Operations Analyst I supports day-to-day customer operations by managing orders, monitoring deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop expertise in customer support, order management, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery.
- Provide customers with updates on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve order issues.
- Monitor order backlog and identify potential delivery risks.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
- Assist with customer inquiries and support issue resolution.
- Generate basic operational reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Support process improvements and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
