They will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for the reliability and efficiency of operations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssigning daily work/tasks to maintenance staff and providing guidance on task completion.\nResponsible for maintaining maintenance KPI to ZT standards (MTBF, MTTR, PM completions, Downtime reports, Slack time reports and project status\nScheduling repairs and PM schedules with production leadership\nMaintaining inventory min/max levels\nWorking with mechanical contractors for rebuilds\nCritiquing and improving SOPs to increase maintenance performance.\nManaging continuous improvement, capital projects\nWhat You bring\nAssociate's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and/or experience\n2-5+ years of relevant work experience\nExperience performing trouble shooting and root cause analysis\nExperience with automated production equipment maintenance\nMaintenance experience in a manufacturing environment\nLean manufacturing experience\nAble to communicate in technical terms with skilled labor.\nBasic knowledge of electrical and building code\nBasic Knowledge of OSHA code\nHVAC-R knowledge\nCooling tower knowledge\nElectrical knowledge up to 480 VAC 3phase a plus\nBasic knowledge of motor controls\nEmployee portals systems (timecard, and performance reviews)\nGood knowledge of CMMS systems\nGood preventative/predictive skills\nMS office software applications\nNOTE: We are recruiting 1 position for each of the following shifts:\nA Shift - Sunday to Wednesday; Sunday to Tuesday - 7a-7p\nB Shift - Sunday to Wednesday; Sunday to Tuesday - 7p-7a\nD Shift - Thursday to Saturday; Wednesday to Saturday - 7p-7a\n#LI-JC1 #LI-onsite\nZT Systems will not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
