They provide daily task planning guidance for the team and summarize the team’s daily completion results for the manufacturing leadership team. They work with cross-functional manufacturing and leadership teams to meet and exceed customer training expectations.\nWe are seeking candidates with manufacturing and training experience in the areas of Rack Build, Server Build, Warehouse & Safety, or Manufacturing Test.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTrainingEnsure that training and certification standards are uniformly applied\nComplete new-hire personnel onboarding training\nComplete hands-on and classroom-based training\nComplete post-training follow-ups\nConduct retraining and recertification training\n\nDaily Task PlanningGuide and coordinate the certification and recertification training sessions\nTrack and communicate all certification and training requests from leadership and assign task owners for the requests\n\nLeading PeopleObserve on-the-job training and provide feedback when required\nCreate task completion targets and work with the training team to ensure that the targets are reached\nDevelop training completion targets with manufacturing leadership and plan, prioritize, assign, and communicate the targets with the training team.\n\nReportsConduct certification training gap assessments and create and share reports with manufacturing leadership\nCreate certification summary reports to share with upper manufacturing management\n\nContinuous ImprovementShare feedback for certification programs, training, process, and quality improvements\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience\n2+ years of related training experience\nOutstanding interpersonal communication skills\nAbility to prioritize workload and multi-task\nAbility to lead, guide, and ensure the continuous improvement of the training program\nAbility to work across manufacturing, engineering, and other support teams\nAbility to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of personnel\nProficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook and Excel\nExperience working in a manufacturing or warehousing environment is beneficial but not required\nZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees.
