Your team will design, defineand implement complex system requirements, determinesystem specifications, I/O processes, and working parameters.\nWhat You’llDo\nDeterminesystem specifications, I/O processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.\n\nCoordinate the design of subsystems and the integration of the total system.\n\nDevelop overall server and system product configuration.\n\nWork as part of a cross-functional team to take a product from concept through prototype and into production.\n\nOptimizesystem performance and resolve performance problems.\n\nEnsure the manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability of designs.\n\nWhat You bring\nBachelor’s degree in ElectricalEngineer or Computer Scienceand 12+ years of server design experience(alternatively a MS and 10+ years)\n\nStrong understanding of x-86 system architecture\n\nRobust technical knowledge and expertisein Platform execution\n\nUnderstanding of System-level server platforms and how each componentinteracts with the system\n\nBoard level development skills\n\nGood understanding of hardware and system software interactions, and ability to apply this knowledge to resolve technical issues\n\nProactively oriented to seize opportunities and identifypotential problems Ability to use time, energy, and resources in an effective manner to achieve set goals\n\nAbility to identifythe elements of a situation/ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems\n\nCollaborative, flexible, and adaptable\n\nZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $148,125 and $246,875 per year. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.\nBase salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
