The Platform Procurement Program Manager is an individual contributor who will be responsible for end-to-end supply-demand optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage procurement of server PCBAs, electronic components, and related materials from qualified suppliers.\n\nIssue and manage purchase orders, including pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and commercial terms.\n\nMonitor supplier commitments and proactively address shortages, delays, and supply constraints.\n\nWork closely with Material Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to align purchasing with production requirements.\n\nReview MRP/ERP requirements and convert demand into timely purchase orders.\n\nMaintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete materials.\n\nSupport supplier selection, qualification, cost negotiations, and performance management.\n\nNegotiate lead times, MOQ, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.\n\nTrack PCBA component availability and identify potential long-lead-time and allocation risks.\n\nCoordinate engineering changes, BOM updates, and part substitutions with suppliers and internal teams.\n\nEnsure purchased materials meet specifications, quality requirements, and approved vendor lists.\n\nSupport resolution of supplier quality issues, material discrepancies, and delivery problems.\n\nDevelop and maintain supplier relationships and participate in supplier performance reviews.\n\nAnalyze purchasing data, including cost, lead time, supplier performance, and delivery metrics.\n\nMaintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.\n\n3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in electronics, PCBA, servers, networking equipment, or a related manufacturing environment.\n\nUnderstanding of PCBAs, electronic components, BOMs, and electronics manufacturing processes.\n\nExperience working with ERP/MRP systems and purchasing workflows.\n\nAbility to manage multiple suppliers, priorities, and production requirements simultaneously.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.\n\nZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $82,500 and $110,000 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.\nBase salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
