This position will be based in Secaucus, NJ\nWhat You Will Do\nCount, sort and verify all incoming returned products to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices\nExamine the returned items to verify conformance to specifications\nProcess orders; receive orders, close orders and heavy data entry responsibilities\nWork with Warehouse department on storage of returned particles according to identifying information\nCompiles information and reports on use of stock, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage to stock, location changes and etc.\nAcquire approvals from management to process RMAs for replacement / credit\nCoordinate the availability of parts for shipping and communicate with both internal departments and external customer on the status of RMAs\nComply and follow all procedures within company policy\nMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned\nWhat You Bring\nDemonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, high energy, fast paced environment\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel\nKnowledge in using SAP.\nSome previous office assistant / administrative experience\nGood communication skills; both written and verbal\nLifting up to 40 lbs. may be required- physical moving of products from one area to another\nAbility to effectively address issues at all levels of management\nCollaborative, flexible and adaptable\nAbility to see the business needs through system requirement for smooth integration of the project\nEducation: Associates Degree in Electronics or a Certificate of Completion from a Technical School preferred\nExperience: Minimum 2+ year of administrative related experience. Inventory management and/or shipping/receiving experience preferred\nZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be around $19/hr.
