This role owns site-level quality performance, including Metrology, Mechanical and Electrical Failure Analysis, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), and manufacturing quality improvement initiatives.\nThe Site HPIE Manager leads a team of quality engineers, metrology engineers, failure analysis engineers, and quality technicians while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Quality, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure world-class product quality, manufacturing yield, and customer satisfaction.\nWhat you will do\nLead the Hardware Product Integrity Engineering organization for the site, including IQC, Metrology, Failure Analysis, and Manufacturing Quality functions.\nOwn site quality performance metrics, quality escapes, yield improvement initiatives, and customer-impacting issues.\nManage dimensional and electrical metrology operations, calibration systems, measurement system analysis, and inspection readiness.\nLead electrical and mechanical failure analysis investigations for servers, racks, cable assemblies, connectors, and electromechanical systems.\nDrive RCCA activities utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies, ensuring effective containment and permanent corrective actions.\nPartner with Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering teams to resolve product and process quality issues.\nSupport product introductions, manufacturing ramps, and capacity expansion activities from a quality perspective.\nDevelop, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers and technicians.\nEstablish a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across site operations.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n8+ years of experience in Hardware Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Failure Analysis, Metrology, Reliability Engineering, or related fields.\n3+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience.\nExperience supporting server, storage, networking, electronics, or data center hardware manufacturing environments.\nStrong knowledge of:Incoming Quality Control (IQC)\nMetrology and Measurement Systems\nMechanical and Electrical Failure Analysis\nRCCA / CAPA Methodologies\nStatistical Quality and Process Control\nManufacturing Quality Systems\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI server, GPU, HPC, networking, or rack-level data center products.\nExperience working with EMS, ODM, and global supply chain partners.\nSix Sigma Black Belt, or ASQ CQE certification.\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and reliability testing methodologies.\nZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $97,875 and $130,500 per year. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.\nBase salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
