Reporting into the IT organization, this role is responsible for understanding business needs, documenting requirements, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of business process and technology solutions.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge of supply chain and ERP processes, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.\nWhat You will Do\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities.\nFacilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams.\nDevelop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, user stories, and business process maps.\nLead cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful execution.\nDevelop project plans, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to leadership.\nAnalyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, optimization, and digital transformation\nSupport ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate issue resolution, and ensure business readiness for deployments.\nFacilitate decision-making sessions and drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.\nStrong experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements across multiple business functions.\nDeep understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Customer Operations processes.\nKnowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.\nExperience creating BRDs, FRDs, process maps, workflow diagrams and business cases.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.\nExperience working with both business and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $105K - $140K.
