You will leverage your technical background and analytical prowess to investigate complex product issues, manage customer expectations, and uncover operational gaps using data.\nWhat You Will Do\nServe as a primary technical point of contact with customer engineer group for critical issue investigation, skillfully balancing customer expectations while driving internal resolution.\nRapidly navigate and parse large, complex MFG systems of records (e.g., operation data & metrics, test log) to identify origination and responsible parties.\nPartner with data quality team to establish governance, integrity and strategy for our data contracts, work with Developers with implementation and lead acceptance test.\nDesign viable metrics and visualization for data quality. Proactively work with teams cross the board internally when significant drops are detected, approach pragmatically till situations are de-escalated\nPrioritize efforts and delegate activities appropriately as well as use analytical experience to consult end users with the overall objective of improving the use of application systems functionality.\nWorking with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities with data driven approach, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.\nWhat You Bring\nDegree and Work Year Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business analysis, computer science, or related field and 5+ years of experience.\n5+ years’ experience as a Developer and/or Data Analyst\nAlternatively, Master’s degree with 3 years of experience is accepted.\nAbility to analyze and query data using variety of tools sets.\nMust have worked in Manufacturer or similar domains and had deep subject expertise.\nMust be familiar with standard Change Management procedures. Preferred Jira experience.\nMust have ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly.\nMust have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to help negotiate priorities, and to resolve conflicts among project partners.\nMust have excellent data analysis, technical analysis, problem solving and interpersonal skills and experience.\nMust have a solid understanding of database design and development skills. Must have an expertise querying data using SQL commands.\nFamiliar with data visualization systems like power BI, tableau, Grafana etc\nCandidate should be capable of multi-tasking, very detail-oriented, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.\nZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $105K - $140K.
