With the proven ability to deliver these solutions, ZT Systems is well positioned as the design, manufacturing and logistics partner of choice for hyperscale compute and storage customers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Test Failure Analyst is responsible for driving manufacturing test yield performance through failure analysis, yield management, and cross-functional issue resolution. This role serves as the central point of coordination between manufacturing, test engineering, quality, firmware, hardware, and system engineering teams to ensure failures are accurately documented, effectively investigated, and resolved through sustainable preventive actions.\nOwn and manage manufacturing test yield performance across NPI and production programs. \nDevelop and maintain yield bridge analysis to quantify key yield gains and losses and identify primary yield detractors. \nAnalyze test and repair data to identify failure trends, recurring issues, and emerging quality risks. \nLead cross-functional reviews to prioritize yield-impacting failures and drive timely root cause investigations. \nCoordinate debug activities across Failure Analysis, Test, Quality, Firmware, Hardware, System Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. \nEnsure manufacturing test failures are properly documented, classified, and tracked throughout the investigation lifecycle. \nMaintain clear traceability between failure symptoms, root causes, corrective actions, and resulting yield improvements. \nEstablish and manage a centralized failure database and knowledge repository to improve troubleshooting efficiency and prevent recurring issues. \nPublish regular yield, failure, and corrective action reports for engineering leadership and executive stakeholders. \nDrive containment plans, corrective actions, and long-term preventive measures for quality and yield issues. \nMonitor corrective action effectiveness and verify sustained resolution of identified issues. \nSupport factory operations by providing rapid issue triage, escalation management, and recovery planning for critical yield events. \nCollaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to improve test processes, repair procedures, and operational efficiencies. \nCapture and communicate lessons learned to improve future product launches and manufacturing readiness. \nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. \n2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, analytics, program management, test engineering, or a related environment. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. \nExperience working with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. \nAbility to organize and track multiple issues while driving actions across cross-functional teams. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. \nExperience documenting processes, investigations, and corrective actions in a structured and organized manner. \nDemonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. \nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in manufacturing operations, quality management, testing, failure analysis, or supply chain environments. \nFamiliarity with KPI tracking, yield analysis, root cause methodologies, or continuous improvement initiatives. \nUnderstanding of hardware products, electronics manufacturing, server systems, or data center technologies. \nExperience supporting cross-functional teams through issue management and project coordination. \nKnowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other data visualization and analytics tools. \nLean Six Sigma certification or exposure to process improvement methodologies. \nAbout ZT Systems\nAt ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, you’ll get to do work you are proud of alongside smart, passionate people.
