# Accountant

Main duty: Scan daily invoice to accounting system; Assist to solve employee's reimbursement issue; Reconcile bank statements for all bank accounts on a daily basis; Prepare accounting reports on corporate card expenditures and balances; Review cash withdrawal documents for accuracy and correctness and distribute cash; Maintain cash journal and post cash operations into accounting software; Prepare month-end closure reports for bank and cash accounts; Administrate the system of electronic invoices on daily basis; Archive documents based on accounting legislation. Job requirements: Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent; Knowledge of financial system: Excel advanced user,1C; Time management and multitasking skills; Excellent communication skills; Intermediate or above English skills, both oral and written, is preferable.
