OLT 全栈技术架构师（光接入边缘算力方向）2 名\n\n岗位描述\n\n1、负责 OLT 设备内嵌算力板（NPU/GPU）的 AI 能力总体架构设计，主导大模型在光接入边缘侧的本地化部署方案：模型选型、轻量化适配（量化 / 蒸馏 / 剪枝）、推理框架选型\n\n2、负责边缘 AI Infra 基础设施建设：算力资源池化与调度、推理引擎优化（vLLM/TensorRT/TNN/MNN 等）、显存与功耗治理、多任务并发与性能调优\n\n3、主导 AI 相关技术选型与预研：算力芯片选型、算子优化、模型压缩、边缘推理框架演进，跟踪 AIOps 前沿技术（LLM、RAG、时序基础模型等）并评估引入，输出技术路线图与中长期规划\n\n4、负责 OAN 光接入产品智能运维系统算法设计及开发，覆盖故障预测、异常检测、根因定位、故障自愈等产品级方案，并建设配套感知 / 认知数据链路：指标采集与建模、故障知识图谱构建\n\n5、负责 AI Agent 能力设计、落地与架构级优化：知识库构建、Agent 编排与推理流程、Prompt / 工具调用策略调优，使产品具备故障原因自动查找、定位信息自动收集、故障自动治愈及新场景自学习能力。\n\n6、负责智能运维需求及协议标准（宽带协议、PON 协议、产品特性树等）分析，指导开发人员构建产品知识库\n\n7、与算法、嵌入式、开发团队协同，推动 AI 能力从原型验证到量产产品落地\n\n## 任职要求\n\n1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、通信、电子、自动控制等相关专业\n\n2、3 年以上 AI 系统或边缘计算架构经验，主导过 AI 模型在端侧 / 边缘侧从方案到量产落地\n\n3、精通 AI Infra 技术栈：推理引擎（vLLM/TensorRT/TNN/MNN）、模型量化压缩（INT8/INT4、蒸馏、剪枝）、GPU/NPU 驱动适配与性能调优\n\n4、熟练掌握 Python，至少熟悉 C/C++ 之一，数据结构与算法基础扎实\n\n5、熟悉 AI Agent 开发与部署推理全流程，具备知识库 / RAG、向量检索或模型微调落地经验者优先\n\n6、熟悉嵌入式产品故障诊断、根因分析等智能运维算法，有 AIOps 平台落地经验者优先\n\n7、熟悉 Linux 底层（驱动、内存、功耗管理），有嵌入式算力平台（海思、瑞芯微、寒武纪等 NPU 平台）实战经验者优先\n\n8、熟悉光接入产品业务场景及接入设备运维流程，熟悉 OLT/ONU
