networks\nMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks\nResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requests\nProviding technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)\nSetting up accounts for new users, door access, maintaining AC and AMC.\nRepairing and replacing equipment as necessary\nTesting new technology\n Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years experience in this field\nExcellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English\nShould be able to smartly handle responsibility listed.\nDecent understanding of Information Technology industry practices.\nKnowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain
