Responsibilities:

1. Account Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and clients.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements and commitments.
Monitor customer performance, ensuring targets are met and contracts are fulfilled.

2. Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement account-specific business plans and sales strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
Identify new opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product portfolio within accounts.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights.
Provide feedback to management on product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
Support go-to-market initiatives with tailored solutions for key accounts.

4. Operational Coordination

Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
Manage account-level promotional activities, pricing negotiations, and rebate/bonus schemes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and contractual obligations.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to improve execution and stock management.
Track KPIs at both account and internal performance levels.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, or telecom.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of sales and distribution models (B2B, retail, or operator channels).
Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
Fluent in English and local languages (Uzbek and Russian).
