If you enjoy wearing multiple hats - technology leader, business owner, and trusted advisor, this role is for you.\n\nPractice Leadership & Growth : \n\n- Own the P&L for the Data & Analytics practice\n\n- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall practice expansion\n\n- Identify new opportunities across existing and new customers\n\n- Build and position differentiated offerings in enterprise data management\n\nCustomer & Delivery Ownership : \n\n- Act as the go-to person for key customers and strategic engagements\n\n- Ensure quality delivery across projects and maintain customer satisfaction\n\n- Engage with leadership team and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions\n\n- Be willing to travel to customer locations as required\n\nTechnical Thought Leadership : \n\n- Provide direction across modern data platforms (cloud data stacks, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)\n\n- Guide teams on architecture, solution design, and best practices\n\n- Stay current with industry trends and bring relevant ideas into the organization\n\nPre-sales & Solutioning : \n\n- Lead pre-sales efforts including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations\n\n- Partner closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into wins\n\n- Contribute to RFPs, estimations, and commercial discussions\n\nTeam & People Leadership : \n\n- Lead and mentor a 100-member team across different skill sets\n\n- Build strong second-line leadership within the team\n\n- Drive performance management, capability development, and hiring\n\n- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning\n\nStakeholder Management : \n\n- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Quality\n\n- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership\n\n- Align practice goals with overall company strategy\n\nJob Summary : \n\n- 16+ years of experience in Data & Analytics / Data Engineering / Enterprise Data Management\n\n- Proven experience in leading large teams and managing P&L\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architectures\n\n- Experience in working with enterprise customers and handling senior stakeholders\n\n- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance delivery, growth, and profitability\n\n- A go-getter mindset -
