You will then redesign those processes and build the tooling that supports them, bridging the gap between what AI tools can do and how teams actually work.\nYou will do all of this as part of a small cross-functional team, working closely with the CTO office, IT, and Group Functions to turn ideas into working prototypes and production-ready solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and automation.\nAs our technology landscape evolves, this role offers opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and ownership within the domain, depending on organisational needs and individual strengths.\nHow you’ll make impact\nAnalyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-enhanced redesign.\nRedefine processes together with process owners, combining AI tooling with practical automation.\nDesign, build, and integrate AI-enabled solutions, from prototypes to production-ready tools.\nDevelop integrations, scripts, and workflows using LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, and similar technologies.\nAssess AI use cases for feasibility, business value, cost, and risk before they are implemented.\nMeasure the impact of redesigned processes and iterate based on the results.\nDocument solutions and support teams as they adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.\nSupport and coach teams on how to use AI effectively in their daily work, helping them adopt new tools and AI-enabled ways of working.\nWhat’s important to us\nSolid programming background in one or more languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.\nHands-on experience with AI tooling such as LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, agent frameworks, RAG, or workflow automation platforms (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Power Automate or Copilot Studio).\nEnough understanding of AI capabilities and limitations to judge where AI genuinely improves a process and where it does not.\nInterest in how work gets done, and the ability to analyse, map, and improve processes.\nExperience with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.\nA pragmatic, hands-on approach, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.\nExperience working across different business environments and processes, ideally gained in a consulting or professional services environment.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, from senior leadership to operational teams.\nYou communicate confidently in English and work effectively in an international environment with colleagues, internal
