Ensure that all accounting practices comply with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and Regional Office requirements, while continuously enhancing financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance\nWhat You’ll Do :\nOversee the daily operations of the Principal Accounting Team to ensure timely and accurate reporting and client charges in accordance with contractual terms (PIP).\nProvide financial support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional teams, auditors, tax authorities, government officials, and principals.\nEnsure all financial transactions and processes comply with local regulations and corporate accounting policies and standards.\nReview and supervise the maintenance of master data (e.g., principal vendor / customer records, service material codes, and pricing information, margin table).\nSupervise accounting, income tax, and other tax-related matters for one subsidiary.\nDesign and enhance operational workflows for new and existing clients.\nSupport the implementation of special projects and corporate initiatives.\nMust-Have:\nUniversity graduate, major in accounting or finance\nAt least 6 years work experience in multi-national company, including 2-year audit experience in CPA firm\nAt least 3 years in supervision level \nGood written and spoken in English.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill\nSelf-motivated and can work under pressure\nAdvantage to Have:\n Familiar with SAP or Ariba system is advantage\nWhat
