Principal Billings & Credit Control\nLiaise with client service and CTM project management team for the monthly billing to principals under my care.\nEnsure billing amount matches with the invoice.\nTo mail out principal's invoices in a timely manner and based on principals'/clients' requirements if any. The list of principals/clients shall be maintained and updated regularly.\nTo send monthly statement of accounts to respective Principal's Finance or Accounts Payable Team.\nFollow up with respective Principals for outstanding AR balance and resolve disputes, if any to ensure timely collection.\nTo provide commentaries on individual customer accounts in AR aging report.\nCreation & maintenance of debtor codes in SAP using the MDG system3. Month End Process\nProvision for income related accruals, if any\nReceipt allocation of payments from Principals.\nDownload and provide AR Aging report for BPP submission.4. Balance Sheet Schedule Maintenance\nPrepare balance sheet schedules of assigned accounts for AM review.\nEnsure classifications and utilizations are correctly reflected in the schedules.\nEnsure that the balance sheet figure ties back to GL balance.5. Other ad-hoc duties and back up Attributes Required (Must-Have):1. Required educational level Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
