This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective market access, strong brand positioning, and seamless execution across channels.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop and execute strategic business plans for product lunches and existing portfolios to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets\nPlan and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns, events, and programs aligned with brand strategy\nOptimize resource allocation through ROI-driven decision-making\nBuild and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners\nAnalyse market trends, sales data, and customer insights (e.g. retail audits, and shopper research) to identify growth opportunities\nDrive digital initiatives to enhance customer engagement and evaluate effectiveness of digital strategies\nSupport sales teams through product training, disease education, and KOL engagement\nUphold company values in all business interactions\nMust-Have:\nBachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business \nMinimum 3 years working experience, with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical product management/marketing\nExperience managing ethical/pharma brands portfolio\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into
