This role includes oversight of critical infrastructure such as HVAC systems, backup generators, and material handling equipment to ensure seamless logistics operations and regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFacility Maintenance & Operations\nMaintain and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation), electrical, plumbing, and lighting.\nOversee the operation and maintenance of standby generators and ensure readiness for power outages.\nImplement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment and infrastructure.\nCoordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs, inspections, and upgrades.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with local and national safety, fire, and environmental regulations.\nConduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments.\nMaintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.\nProject Management\nLead facility improvement projects including layout optimization, energy efficiency upgrades, and equipment installations.\nPrepare project budgets, timelines, and progress reports.\nOperational Support\nCollaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to support operational efficiency and space utilization.\nSupport the installation and maintenance of warehouse automation and material handling systems.\nHVAC & Generator Systems\nMonitor and maintain air conditioning systems to ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency.\nSchedule and supervise regular servicing of generators, including fuel management, load testing, and emergency drills.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to cooling systems and backup power.\nSustainability & Energy Management\nTrack utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.\nRecommend and implement sustainable practices in facility operations.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.\nSafety Officer 2 Certified\nMinimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, generator operations, and building maintenance.\nFamiliarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.\nWHY JOIN ZUELLIG PHARMA\nWe are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where our employees can learn, grow, and achieve shared success.\nWe champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring every individual feels valued, respected, and treated fairly.\nAs a leading multi-market healthcare solutions provider, we empower our employees to gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the dynamic healthcare industry across the region.\nEnjoy the flexibility to effectively balance your work and personal life while taking charge of your career journey through our empowering growth opportunities.\nOur Total Rewards program is designed to support your overall well-being in every aspect.\nData Privacy Notice: I understand that while processing my application, my personal data may be shared internally to individuals who will be involved in assessing my application.
