Facilities Operations & Strategy\nLead end-to-end facilities management for all sites in ZP Korea, including building maintenance, cold chain infrastructure, and environmental monitoring systems.\nDevelop and execute market-level facilities strategies aligned with regional standards and business objectives, including capital asset maintenance plans.\nManage facility operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies.\n2. Facility & Equipment Management\nMaintain critical facility equipment to the highest level of service and performance, ensuring the stable operation of Cold Chain rooms and temperature/humidity control across all areas.\nOversee the maintenance of all building infrastructure, including electricity, water supply, fire prevention facilities, high racks, and forklifts.\nLead regular temperature mapping tests and manage the calibration process for all required devices to ensure GSDP/KGSP compliance.\n3. Financial & Vendor Management\nDevelop and manage country facilities' budgets, forecasts, and cost-optimization initiatives.\nNegotiate and manage contracts with external service providers, monitoring their performance through KPIs and SLAs.\n4. Risk Management & Sustainability\nEnsure effective risk management, business continuity planning (BCP), and emergency preparedness for all sites.\nDrive sustainability and ESG-related initiatives at the market level.\n5. Audit Support & Quality Compliance\nMaintain comprehensive documentation across facility operations, equipment validations, maintenance logs, and environmental monitoring.\nLead facility audit readiness for regulatory inspections (KGSP / GSDP), client/principal quality audits, and ISO/global compliance standards.\n6. People Management\nLead, mentor, and coach a team of facility engineers to build technical capability, ownership, and engagement.\nLead logistics employee training for fire-prevention drill, required KGSP guidelines.\nMust-Have:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities or engineering management, with multi-site responsibilities.\nDemonstrated experience in a managerial role, managing teams of engineers and overseeing facilities operations.\nHands-on experience managing budgets, CAPEX projects, and supplier contracts.\nStrong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electricity, fire-prevention), regulatory requirements, and facilities' best practices.\nFluent in both Korean and English, with professional proficiency for business communication.\nMust have no disqualifications for business travel (both domestic and international).\nAdvantage to Have:\nExperience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Logistics/Supply Chain industries.\nAbility to read and interpret building drawings.\nProactive and hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.\nWhat We
