lead the design, development with Workato, integration, and governance of SAP technical solutions across our enterprise landscape.\nThis role will serve as the technical authority for SAP development and integrations, ensuring that business-critical systems supporting business, operations, logistics, regulatory compliance, and regional business processes operate securely, efficiently, and reliably.\nThe successful candidate will combine deep SAP ABAP expertise with leadership capabilities, integration architecture knowledge, and a solid understanding of IT governance, change management, and enterprise system delivery\nWhat You’ll Do\n SAP Technical Leadership\nLead SAP ABAP development activities across SAP ECC environments.\nDefine and enforce SAP development standards, coding practices, and technical governance.\nReview, approve, and guide technical designs to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.\nMentor internal developers and external support partners to continuously improve technical capabilities.\nSAP Development & Solution Delivery\nDesign, develop, and support SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows (RICEF objects).\nDeliver solutions using ABAP, CDS Views, OData Services, APIs, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, User Exits, BADIs, and enhancement frameworks.\nDevelop technical specifications and support end-to-end project execution from design through deployment.\nEnsure alignment with SAP best practices.\nDeliver solutions interface using Workato and emerging interface Technology\nEnterprise Integration Management\nLead integrations between SAP and:\nSurrounding , Third-Party Applications and Cloud Solutions\nDesign secure, scalable, and reliable API-based integrations.\nSupport integration technologies including SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, Integration Suite, middleware platforms, and REST/SOAP services.\nEstablish monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization standards for enterprise integrations.\nSAP Performance & Optimization\nAnalyze and improve system performance through SQL optimization, runtime analysis, ATC, Code Inspector, and SAP ECC best practices.\nOptimize interfaces, background jobs, reports, and large-volume transaction processing.\nEnsure system scalability to support business growth and operational efficiency.\nChange Management & Governance\nManage SAP transport and deployment activities in accordance with SDLC and IT General Control (ITGC) requirements.\nParticipate in release governance, peer reviews, and quality assurance processes.\nEnsure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit requirements, and change management standards.\nMaintain complete technical documentation and traceability for all changes.\nProduction Support & Incident Management\nServe as the highest technical escalation point for complex SAP production issues.\nLead root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents.\nDrive preventive improvements to enhance application stability and reduce recurring issues.\nCollaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to operations.\nVendor & Stakeholder Management\nManage relationships with SAP implementation partners, AMS providers, and external consultants.\nReview technical deliverables, monitor service quality, and ensure SLA compliance.\nPartner closely with business, functional consultants, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and audit teams.\nCompliance & Regulatory Support\nSupport compliance with:\nGood Distribution Practice (GDP)\nGood Practice (GxP) environments\nComputerized System Validation (CSV)\n21 CFR Part 11 requirements\nInternal and External Audit requirements\nSupport remediation and corrective action initiatives arising from audit observations.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful:\nMust-Have:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.\nExperience:\nMinimum 8 years of SAP ABAP development experience.\nMinimum 3 years leading SAP technical teams, projects, or development workstreams.\nProven experience in SAP ECC environments.\nExperience managing SAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.\nProven involvement in full project lifecycles, enhancements, support
