executes and controls customers’ sales and promotional activities for the principal brands in order to achieve desired sales and market shares while managing trade spend within the budget for the assigned Key Accounts or Local Chain Pharmacies.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop annual customer plan for assigned key account customers to incorporating brand plans, category management & shopper insight.\n\nTranslate and cascade brand and trade strategies to customer plans, as well as oversee execution of the trade activities in order to strengthen and grow the brand presence and reach to optimise sell-out.\n\nCollaborate and work closely with marketing and sales team to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best in class execution.\n\nTrack, monitor and forecast normal and promotional stocks required to ensure fulfilment of stock required while maintaining a healthy stock holding at retail level.\n\nMaximise the effective coverage of accounts, as well as monitor the execution of promotion and competitor’s activities to achieve sales target and increase market share.\n\nSpearhead the annual review and negotiation in Trading Terms Agreements with key customers\n\nTrack all key business criteria and take all necessary steps to improve and grow the key account business.\n\nManage total trade spend in assigned accounts to target investment levels.\n\nPromote and ensure team member adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions\n\nUnderstanding the key account’s strategy, market position, budget, and goals, to develop better propositions and partnership program that deliver greater value to both the client and the business.\n\nBuild strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholder to ensure effective and efficient key account operations implementation.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful:\nMust-Have:\nMinimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.\n\n5 years of key account management in the FMCG/Consumer Healthcare industry\n\nAdvantage to Have:\nSales or Trade Marketing experience in the FMCG/Consumer Healthcare
