Sales and Services\nTo lead sales team to achieve both individual and team target.\nTo do sales analysis and monitor Trade Representative\nTo co-ordinate with other division to minimize problem bill and credit note\nTo create relationship with customers\n2. Marketing Aspects\nTo evaluate marketing promotion results and recommend for alternative ways for improvement.\nTo acquire market information concerning competitors and market situation\nTo collect market information as required by superior or principal.\nTo visit customers in order to update customer status and market situation.\n3. Coaching and Development\nTo coach Trade Representatives to work properly and monitor their performance to conform ZP and principal policy\nTo follow up staffs to comply with company code of conduct and sales & marketing guidelines in the same direction.\nTo accompany with the Trade Representatives in field for coaching purpose\nTo develop and support Trade Representatives to be professional for better career path.\nAble to suggest any improvement of work in general.\nWilling to be continuously developed by superior.\n4. Document and Reporting\nPrepare and submit monthly itinerary and report on time.\nRespond to feedback sheet and problem bill report.\nPrepare documents as required by superior or principal.\n5.
