In this role, you will lead solution design, configuration, integration, and operational support, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain execution.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSolution Architecture & Business Process Engineering:\nLead end-to-end business process mapping and translate business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications (FS).\nDesign, configure, and optimize core SAP EWM processes across Inbound, Outbound, Internal, and Quality Management workflows.\nSystem Integration & Interface Management:\nConfigure and maintain Radio Frequency (RF) framework and IDoc/EDI interfaces between SAP EWM, SAP ERP (ECC 6.0), and third-party systems.\nOversee Post Processing Framework (PPF) configurations, output management, and custom print forms.\nData Management & Migration:\nDefine and execute EWM Master Data maintenance strategies and governance.\nLead data migration activities, extraction, transformation, and validation during project cutover.\nQueue Management & Incident Resolution:\nTroubleshoot complex queue failures, including Stuck in Queue (SIQ), qRFC/tRFC, and intermediate document (IDoc) processing errors.\nProvide robust Tier-3 / advanced Production Support, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTesting, Compliance & Validation:\nDevelop comprehensive test scenarios, test scripts, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nEnsure compliance with Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) guidelines, Risk Assessments, and standard operating procedures (GAMP/GxP where applicable).\nLead training sessions and create knowledge-base documentation for key users\nWhat will make you successful:\nEnsure compliance deviations.\nMeeting the project key milestones as per the agreed and defined timelines.\nService Level Agreement or SLA is at 100%\nZero warehouse operational stoppages.\nZero major com\nMust-Have:\nInbound & QM: Inbound delivery processing, POSC/LOSC, Quality Inspection Engine (QIE), putaway strategies.\nOutbound & RF: Picking strategies, wave management, packing, staging, RF Gun menu customization, and shipping.\nInternal Movements: Physical inventory, replenishment, internal routing, scrapping, and posting changes.\nInterface/Queue Handling: Proven expertise in resolving qRFC / Stuck-in-Queue (SIQ) issues and IDoc messaging.\nDocumentation & Delivery: Strong track record in writing clear functional specs, test management, and process flow diagrams.\nAdvantage to Have:\nABAP Debugging: Ability to debug ABAP code, identify breakpoints, and assist developers in custom enhancements/BAdIs.\nKnowledge of SAP 9.5 or S/4HANA Decentralized EWM architectures.\nExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated distribution environments.\nCompliance Knowledge: Practical understanding of CSV (Computerized Systems Validation) and risk
