The Quality Assurance and Validation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing validation activities related to storage, transportation, and passive packaging, while verifying product and material registration in SAP. This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to ISO and CDOB standards within the pharmaceutical quality system.\nWhat You’ll do:\nEnsure all validation and qualification activities are executed in accordance with current regulatory requirements, including ISO and CDOB standards.\nMaintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) related to validation processes.\nEffectively conduct and document validation for operations and transportation to ensure compliance and product integrity.\nSupervise and review the validation of branch storage facilities, transportation methods, and passive packaging, ensuring timely and accurate completion.\nContinuously assess and develop passive packaging solutions to support operational efficiency and compliance.\nAccurately verify and manage registered materials and products in the SAP system to support traceability and quality control.\nDemonstrate strong leadership in guiding validation teams and collaborate cross-functionally to support quality assurance goals.\nProactively identify areas for improvement within validation processes and implement corrective actions as needed.\nWhat Will Make You Successful :\nMust Have:\nBachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field and licensed pharmacist.\nMinimum 1 year experience as a QA/Validation Supervisor in the pharmaceutical or related industry.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.\nAdvantage to Have:\nUnderstanding of ISO related and GSDP standard (CDOB) are advantageous\nAbility to manage and update SOPs and Work Instructions in alignment with regulatory changes\nWhy join APL:\nWe are
