The position is expected to apply standard project management methodologies and project governance structures to align and coordinate various technical experts and workstreams.\nThey will serve as conduit between technical experts, business process owners and support functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and compliant with key stakeholder requirements.\nPrimary focus will be on project governance, establishing timelines, managing risks in complex environments, ensuring rigorous documentation, and facilitating communication across geographic and organizational boundaries.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProject governance and methodology\nDefine and enforce standard project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) in line with corporate standards\nPercentage of projects compliant with approved project governance framework and lifecycle\nTimely completion and quality of key governance artifacts (business case, charter, integrated plan, RAID logs, stage gate approvals)\nEffectiveness of stage-gate reviews (on-time approvals, minimal rework)\nAudit and compliance findings related to project governance (e.g. GDP, GxP, internal audit)\nMaturity uplift of project management practices across the portfolio\nClear decision rights and escalation paths\nStrong control without unnecessary bureaucracy\nCross-Functional Coordination\nEffectiveness of cross-functional planning and dependency management\nReduction in delays caused by inter-departmental handoff issues\nQuality and timeliness of inputs from Operations, IT, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering\nFeedback from functional leaders on collaboration effectiveness\nProject Deployment and Execution (Direct Project Management)\nOversee the deployment of various operations projects such as warehouse automation, new facility build or retrofit, onboarding of new clients, introduction of new services, etc. that will require detailed and comprehensive project management\nPercentage of projects delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope\nSchedule variance (SV) and cost variance (CV) at portfolio or program level\nAchievement of project milestones and go-live readiness criteria\nPost-implementation stability and operational handover success\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nStakeholder satisfaction scores (senior management, business owners)\nQuality and timeliness of executive reporting and decision papers\nVendor performance against SLAs, milestones, and contractual obligations\nEffectiveness of vendor governance, escalation, and issue resolution\nRisk, Issue & Change Management\nTimeliness and quality of risk identification and mitigation plans\nReduction in unplanned scope changes and late-stage surprises\nEffectiveness of change control process (impact assessment, approvals)\nNumber and severity of escalated issues impacting business objectives\nWhat will make you successful:\nMust-Have:\nMinimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in project or program management, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline\nProven track record leading large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects or programs including but not limited to warehouse Design & Construct, complex automation, and Logistics Operations Implementation projects (incorporating design, layout, people recruitment, testing and training, process, material flow, go-live management).\nWarehouse automation or migration experience\nTMS/WMS implementation exposure\nAdvantage to Have:\nPostgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc) is an advantage\nGlobal or Regional project implementation leadership\nExperience managing multiple project managers and diverse delivery teams\nProfessional project management certification preferred, such as: PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP (Managing Successful Programme)\n What we
