strategic training roadmap of Zuellig Pharma for Commercialization in Thailand.\nDevelop, deliver and implement training priorities in aligning with local business and regional training objectives.\nTrain and certify sales force team to meet functional competency requirement.\nEngage internal and external stakeholders to launch training programs and support business strategy execution.\nSupport talent development program and competency assessment tool execution for existing sales forces.\nTrain and prepare onboarding program for new staff in sales team\nImplement sales meeting governance.\nUtilize Digital and SFE tools to support Sales ACE selling and Coaching effectiveness.\nCoordinate with PReMA to support MRAP examination for sales force team.\nSupport HR and Hiring Managers to rollout competency-based interview.\nWorking with cross-functional team to ensure effective execution and operation.\nPurpose of position\nDevelop and launch strategic training roadmap\nBuild high competence sales forces team\nLead training and competency development projects\nDeliver high-quality training programs and value-added support\nQualification: \nBachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, MBA is preferable \nMinimum 5+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry \nExperience in Training Manager/ Sales Manager/ Product Manager is preferable\nStrategic thinking in developing and executing training roadmap \nPassion to develop people and build high competence team\nGood training facilitation and project management \nStrong coaching and
