and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate billing of transactions.\nOrganize, direct, and monitor daily order fulfillment activities of the MD Order Management Team.\nDistribute workload, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.\nEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of order processing.\nOversee coordination of delivery scheduling and related processes to ensure customer satisfaction.\nEstablish operational procedures to ensure timely execution of delivery orders.\nImplement training, support, and instruction on order quality and procedures.\nMaintain effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and promote productivity improvement through administrative best practices.\nEnsure all issues and problems are resolved promptly.\nAnalyze challenges related to undelivered products, returned products, rescheduling, and other issues that may impact delivery commitments.\nDevelop and document order input procedures as assigned.\nVerify all order lines, prepare order status reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, manage shipments, and respond to inquiries regarding order status.\nAnalyze service performance, identify root causes affecting team performance, and implement improvement actions.\nReduce complaints from customers and principals.\nEnsure all equipment is functioning efficiently.\nEnsure compliance with company and business policies, administer sales orders, and maintain an appropriate order flow.\nPrepare and communicate process changes to relevant departments and principals, ensuring optimal practices across all processes.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and principals.\nPrepare, manage, implement, and control staff incentive and remuneration programs to accurately measure and reflect performance.\nParticipate in company projects as required.\nPrepare and present operational data related to areas of responsibility for customer operations reviews.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in any field\nExperience in document preparation and order taking\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to communicate in English is an advantage\nGood personality and presentation skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work under pressure and travel up-country\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and office
