Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.\nPurpose of the Role: Truck Driver\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage the transportation of ZPMM healthcare products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring timely delivery schedules and providing real-time status updates.\nVerify all outbound documents, including invoices, POs, and receipt numbers, ensuring all paperwork is complete, scanned, and accurately matched to delivery addresses.\nConduct vehicle checks to ensure proper temperature limits, cleanliness, and the availability of necessary tools like pallets, trolleys, and packaging materials.\nPlan efficient delivery routes and organize vehicle loading (based on weight, height, and stacking standards) to facilitate first-in-first-out delivery flow.\nStrictly adhere to Cold Chain Management, GSDP, GMP, 5S, and SOP requirements to maintain the integrity of healthcare products throughout transit.\nEnsure all carton boxes are properly sealed and that correct products are delivered to the right customers while obtaining valid Proof of Delivery (POD).\nOversee payment terms, cash collection, and credit processes, ensuring all collected funds and invoices are securely handed over to the team supervisor.\nManage returns and recalls with prior authorization, and immediately report any damaged, contaminated, or quarantined goods to management.\nMaintain polite and effective communication with internal teams and clients, handling complaints promptly and escalating critical issues to the Transport Team Supervisor.\nPerform daily driving duties efficiently and remain flexible to take on additional tasks or new assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.\nMust-Have:\nGood attitude and health - ability to lift reasonable loads for deliveries.\nCertification of driving license.\nGood knowledge of road safety rules,\ntraffic regulations, and defensive driving practices.\nFamiliarity with delivery procedures, including loading/unloading, documentation, and basic vehicle checks.\nHigh school or reasonable knowledge of basic English skills.\nSelf-reliant, honest, hard-working, and under pressure.\nAdvantage to Have:\nHelps ensure goods reach customer without delay.Basic ability to use mobile phones, GPS, or delivery applications for route tracking and communication.\nA self-reliant and honest professional with a strong work ethic, capable of performing under pressure and maintaining the physical health required for manual handling and heavy lifting.\nWhat we offer:\nWe are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where our employees can learn, grow, and achieve shared success.\nWe champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring every individual feels valued, respected, and treated fairly.\nAs a leading multi-market healthcare solutions provider, we empower our employees to gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the dynamic healthcare industry across the region.\nEnjoy the flexibility to effectively balance your work and personal life while taking charge of your career journey through our empowering growth opportunities.\nOur Total Rewards program is designed to support your overall well-being in every aspect.\nZuellig Pharma is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
