completion of college level courses preferred.\n\n3-5 years’ experience in customer service environment required.\n\nStrong customer service skills required.\n\nSolid data entry skills required.\n\nProficient use of computers required; Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.\n\nOne or more years of driving experience on field trips preferred.\n\nStrong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette skills;
