You will also interact with customers and gain valuable experience across the full project sales cycle.\nstyle=\"text-align:left\">\nResponsibilities\nProvide day-to-day technical and project support to the sales team.\nReview project specifications and help identify suitable products and solutions.\nPrepare and coordinate technical submittals, quotations and project documentation.\nSupport the management of customer orders from initial enquiry through to order processing.\nRespond to customer technical queries and provide accurate product and project information.\nWork closely with the sales team to support opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop an understanding of the project sales process and key stakeholders, including Architects, Consultants and Contractors.\nBuild positive relationships with customers and internal teams to support successful project delivery.\nstyle=\"text-align:left\">\nSkills & Experience\nA Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering or another relevant technical discipline.\nAround 2-3 years' experience in a technical, customer-facing or project-support environment.\nSome previous exposure to B2B sales or a technical/project-led environment would be advantageous.\nGood technical understanding with the ability to interpret specifications and customer requirements.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.\nA proactive, organised and enthusiastic approach to work.\nComfortable using SAP and Microsoft applications.\nFluent English communication skills.\nWhat matters to us\nWe understand not only the power of the visible, but also the\ninvisible.
