You'll design for dispatchers, project managers, and contractors who don't have time to figure out software. Your job is to make sure they never have to.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn end-to-end design for complex product surfaces - from untangling a workflow all the way through to a polished, production-ready UI\nMap systems before you design them - understand how data, roles, and states interact before picking up a design tool\nDesign AI-powered features that feel useful, not experimental - surfaces where intelligence shows up at the right moment, not everywhere\nWork directly with product and engineering to shape what gets built, not just how it looks\nContribute to and extend the Prelude design system - making it more expressive and more scalable at the same time\nTalk to customers - constantly. Interviews, usability sessions, site visits.
