The DevX & DevOps team is a global center of excellence responsible for delivering and maintaining the DevOps toolchain that enables engineering teams across the organization to build, test, and ship software with speed and confidence.\nAs a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative global team, working alongside peers in Barcelona and Hyderabad to ensure continuous, high-quality service delivery for the Americas region. You will play a hands-on role in operating and improving our CI/CD infrastructure, responding to incidents, and supporting platform users - all while embedding security practices throughout the pipeline.\nThis role follows a hybrid work model, could be on CdMx toreo area or GDL at WeWork Landmark.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMonitor and maintain DevOps infrastructure and services, ensuring availability and SLA compliance\nRespond to incidents and alerts within defined SLA targets, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes\nManage and support CI/CD pipelines, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization\nPerform security scanning and vulnerability assessments across DevOps services and pipelines\nOnboard new projects onto the DevOps platform and provide ongoing technical support to platform users\nImplement tool customizations and configurations based on team and stakeholder needs\nMaintain runbooks, escalation guides, incident records, and internal documentation\nCoordinate with global teams, ensuring comprehensive status transfer and continuity of service\nEnsure adherence to DevOps processes, standards, and best practices\nParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide weekend coverage as part of the team's 24/7 global support model\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:\n5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or a CI/CD-focused engineering role\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience\nProven experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call rotations\nSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles\nStrong communication skills - able to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders\nCollaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to work across distributed global teams\nExcellent written and spoken English\nTECHNICAL SKILLS:\nVERSION CONTROL & CI/CD: GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Harness.\nARTIFACT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT: JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray, Jira, Confluence.\nINFRASTRUCTURE & CONTAINERS: Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker.\nCLOUD PLATFORMS: AWS, Azure, GCP.\nSECURITY & OBSERVABILITY: Security Scanning, Vulnerability Management,Monitoring & Observability.\nSCRIPTING: Bash, PowerShell\nWho we are\nLooking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
