The role works closely with Risk Engineering users and relevant technical teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate system enhancements, support testing activities, and maintain reliable business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide first-level support for systems and applications used by the Risk Engineering team.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot system issues raised by users and coordinate with relevant IT or technical teams for resolution.\nMonitor system performance and follow up on incidents, defects, and outstanding technical issues.\nSupport system enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, and implementation activities.\nParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and validation of fixes.\nLiaise with business users to understand system requirements and translate operational needs into clear requirements for technical teams.\nMaintain system documentation, user guides, procedures, and relevant support records.\nProvide guidance and system support to users, including assisting with queries and basic system training where required.\nSupport reporting and data extraction activities for operational and management requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve or streamline existing system processes and workflows.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to ensure system-related requests are addressed appropriately.\nEnsure system-related activities comply with relevant internal controls, information security requirements, and business procedures.\nProvide general operational and administrative support to the Risk Engineering function as required.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.\nRelevant experience in application support, system support, IT operations, business systems, or system administration.\nExperience supporting business users and troubleshooting application/system issues.\nExposure to UAT, system implementation, system enhancement, or change requests would be advantageous.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAble to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nYou are the heart & soul of Zurich!\nAt Zurich, we like to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
