Insurance offerings on this platform will be specifically designed for high levels of automation and straight through processing across the full insurance value chain.\nResponsibilities:\nEngage with business stakeholders on product & process business requirements.\nAnalyze requirements including identifying gaps in business input.\nIdentify opportunities to automate and/or simplify business processes.\nMake pragmatic and delivery focused decisions. Communicate and obtain buy-in from Business stakeholders.\nDocument product data required to create new products - ie data required for quotations, policies, claims etc.\nDocument business rules to enable business processes and rules-based automation of business processes.\nConfigure products, processes, and business rules in the system (extensive training will be provided)\nWork with IT Vendors, partners, and internal delivery teams in ensuring pragmatic project delivery.\nExperiences & Skills:\nMinimum 7+ years of working experience \nPrior experience in Insurance as a Business Analyst.\nExperience with SQL.\nPrior coding experience (any technology) highly regarded.\nRecent experience in Agile delivery highly regarded.\nUnderstanding of IT project delivery and agile / DevOps methodologies.\nStrong documentation skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint)\nAttention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to understand business requirements in detail.\nExcellent communication & relationship building skills.\nAbility to influence people.\nAbility to work across diverse Asian cultures.\nYou are the heart & soul of Zurich!\nAt Zurich, we like to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
