solutions.\nYour Role & Responsibilities\nSalesforce Development \nDevelop scalable and maintainable code on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and other relevant technologies. \nStay current with new Salesforce features and functionality to recommend improvements and innovations. \nAid in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development, testing, and post-deployment stages. \nEngage in continuous learning and professional development to grow expertise in Salesforce. \nFamiliarity with Salesforce integration patterns and experience with Salesforce APIs. \nKnowledge of Agentforce, Einstein Co-Pilot, Einstein Analytical Studio, Experience Cloud, Data 360, or other specialized clouds. \nUnderstanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and data architecture. \nCustomization and Configuration \nCustomize and configure Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements. \nDevelop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and other declarative development features. \nTechnical Support and Maintenance \nProvide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing Salesforce solutions. \nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. \nBusiness Accountabilities\nCollaboration and Communication \nWork closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives. \n\nDocumentation and Best Practices \nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes. \nAdhere to and promote best practices in Salesforce development, including code quality, testing, and deployment processes. \nYour Skills and Experience\nSalesforce Expertise \nExtensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. \nStrong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder. \nExtensive experience with AI prompt engineering and design of Agentforce agents.\nExtensive experience with configuring AI guardrails.\nAbility to compare existing features against Salesforce OOB capabilities & recommended patterns.\nIntegration Experience \nProven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools. \nHands-on experience working with the MuleSoft integration platform is required. \nFamiliarity with data migration and ETL processes. \nTechnical Proficiency \nProficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React). \nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Gearset) and CI/CD tools. \nAnalytical and Problem-Solving Skills \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. \nAbility to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. \nYour Skills and Experience\nProject Management and Collaboration \nExperience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. \nAbility to work with operational teams to assess business processes, custom functionality, & user pain points to identify gaps, redundancies, & potential streamlining.\nAbility to work with operational teams to identify & design AI solutions, including necessary guardrails.\nAbility to assess effort, complexity, and risk for potential solutions and to provide estimates of time & time.\nAbility to explain options & impact for stakeholder decision-making.\nCertifications \nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly desirable. \nAdditional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder) are a plus. \nAdditional Accountabilities\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement \nStay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and
