Working within a shared support model alongside the Senior IT Engineer, this role supports end users, office operations, device management, and service desk activities.\nThe role focuses on responsive user support, operational reliability, and continuous learning within a collaborative IT environment.\nPosition Impact\nThis role supports the efficiency and productivity of business operations by delivering timely IT support and maintaining stable user-facing IT services. The position contributes to smooth onboarding, daily IT operations, and positive user experience across local and remote offices.\nThe role also strengthens operational capacity within the Auckland IT support function and supports regional collaboration with global IT teams\nRoles & Responsibilities\nProvide local and remote IT support for users across NZ, AU and other supported regions\n\nSupport hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and user access related issues\n\nManage and support laptops, desktops, printers, meeting rooms, and office IT equipment\n\nWork within a shared support ticket pool alongside Senior IT Support Engineers\n\nHandle support tickets with timely updates, troubleshooting, and escalation where required\n\nSupport onboarding/offboarding activities, device setup, and user account configuration\n\nAssist with remote support tasks in collaboration with IT Shared Services (ITSC)\n\nMaintain IT asset records and support documentation updates\n\nSupport office IT operations and user experience improvements\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes and knowledge sharing\n\nSkills & Experience\n1-3 years experience in IT support or strong entry-level technical capability\n\nFamiliarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365\n\nBasic understanding of networking and endpoint support\n\nStrong communication and customer service mindset\n\nWillingness to learn, collaborate, and grow within IT operations\n\nLIFE@ZURU\nZURU is on a quest to reimagine tomorrow.
