Your work ensures teams can trust and act on data, while contributing to the long-term evolution of ZURU’s data platform and AI capabilities.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain data pipelines ingesting data from SAP, retail POS systems, logistics platforms, and marketing channels\n\nMigrate legacy pipelines into scalable, maintainable modern data architectures\n\nMonitor and improve data quality, identifying issues before they impact the business\n\nSupport and enhance data platform infrastructure and tooling\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable datasets and insights\n\nContribute to end-to-end data workflows including ingestion, transformation, and governance\n\nDocument processes, pipelines, and learnings clearly\n\nContinuously improve workflows using automation and AI tools\n\nWhat You Bring To ZURU\nSkills & Experience:\nStrong SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs)\n\nExperience using Python for scripts, pipelines, or automation\n\nUnderstanding of data pipelines and common failure points\n\nAbility to learn quickly, solve problems, and work with ambiguity\n\nStrong communication skills, including asking questions and documenting solutions\n\nBonus:\nExperience with dbt, Spark, or cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)\n\nExposure to AWS or similar cloud environments\n\nEnd-to-end data project experience (academic, personal, or professional)\n\nThink you’ve got what it takes?
